Every review, rating, photo, comment and other community contribution represents the opinion of its reviewer, not FindMe Matcha. Contributors are solely responsible for what they submit. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindMe Matcha does not accept liability for community comments, reviews or other user-submitted content.
Constructive, truthful feedback
Feedback should help the community make informed choices. Keep it constructive, fair and relevant to the matcha or café experience. Do not submit disparaging, abusive or needlessly hostile content.
- Write only what you honestly believe to be true and can reasonably support from your own experience.
- Do not make false, misleading, defamatory or unverified claims about a person, café or business.
- Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate or publish another person's private information.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
Accounts and enforcement
You must keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. We may review, restrict, suspend or block an account for abuse, harmful content, fraud, repeated reports, or any activity that breaks these Terms of Use. We may take action where reasonably necessary to protect the community, cafés, users or the service.
Community listings
Users may add matcha spots and menu items only when linked to an appropriate café profile. Community additions are intended to preserve a useful record for other matcha drinkers and may remain visible on the map, subject to moderation, safety, legal and service-integrity decisions.
Service availability and third parties
FindMe Matcha is provided on an as-available basis. Café details, maps, hours and other third-party information may change or be unavailable. We do not guarantee that all information is complete, current or error-free. Your use of Google Maps and related Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms from time to time. Continued use after the revised terms are posted means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using FindMe Matcha.
